In the Real Estate Industry since 2009, Dave has already left a large footprint. Closing over 600 transactions thus far in his career while also being a Trainer, Coach, and performing volunteer work. Some of his many accolades include; Chicago Association of Realtors "Rookie of the Year" award recipient 2010. Mainstreet Realtors Young Professionals Network Chair 2020. Husband & Father
David and his beautiful wife Ryan have been together since 2007. Living together in Logan Square for their college years and moving back to his hometown of Bolingbrook to raise their daughter Layla. Family means everything to David and is the inspiration for all of his passion.
Musician
A singer, songwriter, & guitarist since he was 10 years old Dave has played in the bands Myllhouse, Voicebox, and Lifting Curses over the years as well as releasing solo music. For the last decade he has found his niche as a solo acoustic musician where you can see him perform at local breweries, bars, and restaurants. Dave & JD Kostyk also perform as The Powdered Toast Men Acoustic Duo all around the Midwest performing 90's alternative rock covers.
